Required Information

As an Ashton House Design client or supplier, we will ask for your name, postal address, email address and contact telephone numbers.

When a project is agreed we may also ask for credit/debit card details and/or bank details.

We only ask for this information when we have legitimate business reasons for doing so.

What we do with this information

We collect all of this information so that we can effectively communicate with you for the purpose of carrying out our design service and for invoicing for this work.

All personal data is strictly confidential and will only be shared with third parties where necessary for the realisation of our services and where you have provided prior consent. We may sometimes, for example, need to share your data with suppliers, contractors, other professionals, regulatory authorities or similar.

We keep some records permanently, with others for an extended period of time, or as long as is needed.

How we protect your information

All of our employees sign a confidentiality clause within their employment contract with Ashton House Design.

Our inhouse IT is securely managed and we all use log in username and password controls.
