Small Scale Projects

You could be forgiven for thinking that we only ever work on wholesale refurbishments and installations. This couldn’t be further from the truth!

Our business has been firmly built on helping clients on many different levels. We love the variety and interest that this brings to our work.

We are just as happy transforming a single room as we are designing an entire home. We bring incredible value to our clients, save expensive mistakes and transform interiors.

For many, this will be a home for life (or at least several years) and our clients want to get it right. We might be asked to look at creating a decorating schedule – this could include paint colours and wall coverings for all surfaces. We can survey and produce detailed floor plans, elevations and 3D visuals to help plan an interior and inform electrical and heating positions. Furniture and furnishings can then be planned.

For some our role is about hand-holding and guiding. This is about collaborative designing, alongside a client – supporting, reassuring, considering and offering a different perspective for consideration.

2024 has seen us working throughout Devon transforming homes – here’s a snapshot of just a few:

In Newton Ferrers, Abbotskerswell and Yealmpton we have collaborated with our clients on layout, decorating schedules, window treatments, reupholstery and the supply of lighting.

In Torquay, we have transformed a penthouse apartment with contemporary furnishings and bespoke joinery.

In Honiton, the wholesale refurbishment of guest bedrooms, a compact shower and a sewing room.

In Salcombe, we have completed a stand alone joinery project.

In Ipplepen, a master bedroom makeover.

Just a snapshot of a handful of the types of project that make up our smaller scale involvement.

All of these are just as meaningful and transformative as the larger projects and often develop and grow as our clients reap the benefits of working with us!
